Cancellations

Cancellations: Full refunds will be given within 48 hours of registration.

Cancellations: Tuition is a session rate and non-refundable after classes begin. Once the session begins, you are liable for the full session’s tuition.. The instructor may cancel classes if the minimum number of students required to register is not met. If your class is cancelled for this reason, you will receive a full refund or credit towards another class.

Missed Class: If a class is missed without notifying New Mother New Baby prior to the start of class, the cost of the class will be forfeited.

Inclement Weather: In the case of inclement weather, travel may be inadvisable. Please call New Mother New Baby two hours in advance of your class to determine if it has been postponed or canceled.

Transfers: Transferring your registration from a class you are currently registered for into a different session or time slot of the same class may be subject to an administrative fee equal to 10% of the class fee.

Prenatal Yoga: Students who deliver during a series or have physician orders to stop exercising may apply remaining classes to postpartum classes or receive a refund for unused classes.
