Going Back to Work? Are you worried about how you are going to keep your milk supply up, when and where you are going to pump and, and how you are going to make this all come together?
Then this is the class for you!
Returning to work while breastfeeding can be stressful. Let us make the transition a little easier. Some of topics discussed will be first days back, equipment needs, finding a caregiver, common pitfalls, breastfeeding laws, and keeping up a healthy milk supply. Helpful handouts will be given. This is a single session class.

As a first time mom who plans to head back to work full time after 12 weeks of maternity leave, I found this class very helpful and comforting. I got information about when to pump now, to create a stash and what to send to daycare. Gail, the instructor, showed several items that may be helpful for pumping. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions. The store where the class takes place has an area for you to feed and change your little one. I didn't bring my baby to this class and it lasted less than 1 hour, but I think you easily could.
