This class is jam-packed with helpful information. As a first time mom of a 4 month old, approaching the transition to solids has been a bit overwhelming with all of the mixed messages out there in the age of mommy blogs. This class is full of incredibly useful, science-backed information about learning how to eat. I was really intimidated by the oversaturated Instagram hype of Baby Led Weaning before taking this class. After Jill's explanations and guidance, it feels so much more manageable and just a natural and intuitive way to transition to solids. There are also SO MANY RESOURCES offered so we feel supported to do further research on our own, while cutting through the noise of the trendy parenting fad-ification of baby led weaning. Not only is Jill clearly an expert in her field, you can tell she genuinely loves the work she does and her joy for feeding is infectious. My husband and I are so glad we took this class and we cannot recommend it enough. Thanks, Jill!
